We are happy to publish our final carbon report for our 2021-22 operating year. A year in which we more than doubled our headcount whilst reducing our emissions by over 29% per capita, greatly exceeding our Science Based Target of a 2.5% reduction.
Some of the actions we have taken to reduce our emissions include promoting the use of electric vehicles and implementing a Cycle to Work Scheme.
In order to achieve carbon neutrality we have offset our residual emissions through investing in a global portfolio of Verified Carbon Scheme projects that aim to deliver carbon reductions along with other benefits in the developing world.
