Envance is delighted to announce that Rachel Barker has joined the Envance Team. Rachel joins as a Principal Environmental Consultant and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience having previously worked in consultancy, for Natural England and for Defra.
Rachel has over 15 years experience of managing and delivering environmental projects. Her technical experience includes environmental consenting, HRA, EIA and environmental policy, and strategic studies for Government and industry bodies.
Rachel has worked across a range of sectors, including government and the public sector, transport infrastructure, renewable energy and private sector development.
